PREPARE PAPERS

Preparing papers for the World Renewable Energy Congress is a crucial step in contributing to the conference’s scholarly discourse. Authors are encouraged to conduct thorough research and analysis, ensuring that their papers provide novel insights and valuable contributions to the field of renewable energy. Careful attention should be given to the paper’s structure, clarity, and adherence to the congress’s guidelines. By crafting well-organized and compelling papers, authors have the opportunity to share their findings, innovations, and ideas with a global audience of experts and professionals.

REVISE PAPERS

Revising papers is an essential part of the submission process for the World Renewable Energy Congress. After receiving feedback from reviewers, authors should diligently incorporate the suggested improvements and address any concerns raised. This revision phase enables authors to refine their work, enhance the paper’s coherence and quality, and strengthen their arguments. By carefully reviewing and revising their papers, authors can ensure that their research is presented in its most polished and impactful form, ready to contribute to the intellectual exchange at the congress.

SUBMISSION

Submitting papers for the World Renewable Energy Congress marks the culmination of extensive research and meticulous preparation. Authors should closely adhere to the submission guidelines and deadlines set by the congress organizers. By submitting their papers on time, authors have the opportunity to have their work reviewed by a panel of experts in the renewable energy field. Requirements

The conference is soliciting literature review, survey, business case study and research papers and comments including, whilst not limited to, the following areas of interest:

ABSTRACT

The abstract should be:

  • Around 300 – 500 words (not more than one page)
  • Single spacing using Arial font – 12.

It should contain:

  • Title
  • Author/s Names
  • Full Addresses
  • E-mail
  • 6 Keywords
 
Must be in WORD DOCUMENT FORMAT ONLY. 
 

Deadline for Abstract:
25th July 2025

PAPERS

The paper should be:

  • Single column, A4, including Title, complete address/affiliation, E-mail, Abstract, 6 keywords, graphs, and photographs should be included within the text.

  • Please number the references in the text brackets [], and list them in sequence in the References section at the end.

  • If you have an Appendix, put it at the end of the paper.

  • All papers will be peer-reviewed and published.

It should contain:

  • Title
  • Author/s Names
  • Full Addresses
  • E-mail
  • 6 Keywords.

 

Must be in WORD DOCUMENT FORMAT ONLY. 
 

Deadline for Paper: Papers are needed by 20th August 2025, certainly not later than 30th August 2025. 

Ready to submit papers?

All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in another conferences/journal) in electronic WORD DOCUMENT format ONLY.
