Holding a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences from An-Najah National University (Palestine), Dr. Kaied has spearheaded critical initiatives across governmental roles in the UAE and Palestine. His career includes leadership positions at the Ajman Municipality & Planning Department, where he served as Head of Environmental Planning and Studies Unit (2008–2015) and Senior Environmental Officer (2003–2008), overseeing policy development, environmental compliance, and sustainability reporting. Notably, he was honored with the Distinguished Employee Award at the Ajman government level for his contributions.
A published researcher and innovator, Dr. Kaied has authored 10 peer-reviewed studies in international journals and holds intellectual property rights for pioneering environmental solutions. His technical proficiency spans air quality modeling, ISO 14001/45000 auditing, environmental statistics, and project management. He has led high-impact projects such as the Ajman International Environmental Conference and contributed to regional workshops on renewable energy, climate change, and waste management.
Dr. Kaied is an active participant in global environmental discourse, having attended conferences such as the Gulf Wastewater Summit, ISESCO/WREN International Seminar (UK), and the Middle East Waste Summit. He is fluent in English and Arabic, with certifications in NEBOSH, Six Sigma, and UNEP-led environmental impact assessments.
